in Fužine, Gorski kotar, at the address Franje Račkoga 38.

It is some 300 m away from the centre of Fužine and 70 m from the lake Bajer, surrounded by a long, pleasant walk way.

The apartment offers magnificent view  on the lake in the south  as well as the  fresh green of the forest in the north – the landmarks Fužine is well known for.

It is a 3*** categorised apartment consisting of hall, bedroom with double bed,  bathroom, kitchen/dining /sitting area with sitting garniture which can be used as extra double bed.

It is newly furnished, eqquipped with all necessary installations, kitchen appliances, TV, CD-radio, safe. Electric heating.

Thanks  to the favourable climate of this region, there is no need for air conditioning, even in the hottest  summer months.

Large  windows provide  plenty of light, which, in addition to the view, creates a worm and magic atmosphere in this  cosy little place,  rightfully diserving its name „The Sun“ .

There is parking space provided outside the apartment building.
