Gorski kotar offers great opportunities for tourism with hunting slant. In the hunting preserves og Gorski kotar, special mention should be made of hunting for red deer (annual shoot of 80 deer, with 20 animals being of the value of gold or silver medals), roe deer (about 200 roe deer a year of various trophies), wild boar and bear (examples of 500 CIC points are not rear).
